Teams Need Leaders

In my preparation for Sunday’s message I came across this. Probably won’t preach this thought but just loved the passion, the belief, the energy. Like it or not…teams need leaders. Winning teams have great leaders.

They inspire.
They instill belief.
They see potential.
They can help a team become more than they think they can be.

Do you think we should have the same passion for the local Church?

  1. Man what a fantastic clip..Love the Lords prayer said in unity (i do that with my boys)

guna fight til we can’t fight no more, when you can’t fight no more, your guna lie down and bleed a while, you guna get up and fight some more. sounds like that scripture “doing all to stand, stand”.
    now that’s the cycle.

    1,prepare
    2.fight
    3,bleed
    4,rest
    5,prepare
    6,fight

100% yes and passion for our leaders and passion for our teams …..

The church is a family. like this man said, not because of brick and motar, but because of flesh and blood.

Question. after watching this….are we really a team?

Man what passion!!!!we in xcel should be like this clip, stronger than a team, stronger than a army, closer than close. because were family…God’s family. that guy has got it right. we should know our teams heart what make you tick, and in the same way know our Leaders heart and what makes them tick.

    WHAT A FANTASTIC TOPIC!!!!!
Do you know what makes each member of your team cry, or what makes them happy?
THIS SERIES IS GOING TO BE GREAT!!!
